Principle of open-loop current sensor


Calculation formula: The magnetic flux generated by the primary current IP is concentrated in the magnetic circuit through a high-quality magnetic core, and the Hall element is fixed in a small air gap to linearly detect the magnetic flux. The Hall voltage output by the Hall device is processed by a special circuit, and the secondary side output follows the output voltage that is consistent with the waveform of the primary side. This voltage can accurately reflect the changes in the primary side current.

Problems in the use of open-loop current sensors

When selecting sensors, please pay attention to the ambient temperature of the product. Industrial grade sensors cannot meet the basic requirements and must be at -40 ℃; c-125℃;

2. The altitude requirement is over 3500 meters;

When selecting sensors, the range may be slightly larger, leaving some space for product overload.

4. When selecting wiring terminals, railway specific seismic resistant wiring terminals should be used as much as possible to prevent wind power converters from falling off during transportation or use when they cannot withstand strong earthquakes.
