HX693 is a high-performance linear Hall sensor, whose output signal is determined by the magnetic field strength applied to the sensitive surface of the device and varies proportionally with the magnetic field strength. The static output voltage of the chip is 50% of the power supply voltage, and the sensitivity is 3mV/Gauss.

The HX693 sensor has an integrated Hall circuit and temperature compensation circuit inside to reduce Hall elements, small signal high gain amplifier, and proportional low impedance output.

This chip is suitable for automotive applications and industrial environments, with a working temperature range of -40 ° C to 125 ° C. HX693 comes in two packaging forms: T92 and SOT89. Both types of packaging do not contain lead (Pb) and comply with ROHS standards.
