The HX694 series represents high-performance linear Hall effect sensors that respond to both permanent and electromagnetic fields. Their output voltage varies proportionally with the magnetic field strength and is set by the power supply voltage. Each sensor integrates Hall elements, temperature compensation circuits for minimum sensitivity drift, high gain amplifiers, and low impedance output stages. They are specifically designed for precision and perform well in automotive and industrial applications over a wide temperature range (-40 ℃ to 125 ℃). These devices are packaged in TO92S and SOT89, and both use lead-free (Pb) tin plated lead frames, which are flexible and comply with ROHS standards.
