HK469 is a low-power, high-sensitivity bipolar Hall switch chip designed and produced using CMOS technology. The chip device integrates a voltage regulator, Hall voltage generator, small signal amplifier, chopper regulator, Schmitt trigger, and CMOS output driver internally. The chip has good temperature stability, strong stress resistance, and high sensitivity, with a working voltage ranging from 2.7V to 5.5V. We provide TO-92S direct insertion packaging and SOT23-3L surface mount packaging, all of which comply with RoHS environmental standards.
