This chip integrates a voltage regulator unit, Hall voltage generator, differential amplifier circuit, temperature compensation circuit, and open collector output circuit. It works by sensing magnetic flux density and generating corresponding digital voltage signals. The high-voltage resistant bipolar Hall switch chip includes a voltage modulation circuit, Hall chip, signal amplification circuit, and Schmitt trigger circuit. The voltage modulation circuit provides a reference voltage for the Hall sensor, which senses a magnetic field perpendicular to the sensor surface to generate a Hall voltage, amplifies it, and sends it to the Schmitt trigger.
