This is the end of the three-step process of "turning, landing, and returning" in China's lunar exploration project. The Chang'e-5 probe is the core of the sampling and return mission of the third lunar exploration project and one of the most complex spacecraft systems developed by China to date. It consists of an orbiter, an orbiter, a lander, and an ascender, including 15 subsystems. In this mission, E-5 will achieve the objectives of automatic sampling and return of lunar surfaces, as well as ground-based analysis and research of lunar samples. After successful launch, E-5 will go through 11 stages and fly in orbit for more than 20 days, collecting about 2kg of lunar samples and returning them to Earth.
