1)Thermal detector

Thermal detectors utilize the thermal effect of infrared radiation being absorbed by objects and converted into heat energy. When the sensitive element of a heat detector absorbs infrared radiation, it will cause a temperature rise, resulting in changes in the relevant physical parameters of the sensitive element. By measuring the changes in electronic properties in semiconductor materials, the strength of infrared radiation can be determined. Photon detectors are mainly divided into two types: internal photodetectors and external photodetectors. Internal photodetectors are further divided into three types: photoconductive, photovoltaic, and magneto electric detectors.
