The production and test flight center of the domestically produced C919 has now settled in Nanchang, so barring any unforeseen circumstances, the production line will start no later than next year. But there is still an urgent matter waiting for the C919 to be resolved.
If the C919 wants to enter overseas markets, it must obtain airworthiness certificates issued by the United States and the European Union, also known as airworthiness certificates. Simply put, it is the license that a commercial aircraft must first obtain when operating commercially in other countries.

Currently, the United States and the European Union have the strongest strength in the aviation field in the world, and have developed the aviation industry for a long time, naturally becoming the most authoritative representatives in this field. Therefore, most aviation management departments in the world currently follow the relevant regulations of the United States and the European Union as standards.
This means that as long as a country's aircraft obtains an airworthiness certificate from the United States or the European Union, it can be used in other countries. But since the C919 has not obtained an airworthiness certificate, can't China's C919 fly out of the country?
In fact, it is not only clear whether it can fly across the country, but also whether it can replace the domestic Boeing market.
For China, even if the C919 cannot go abroad, it can be sold by nearly a thousand domestic airlines alone. Compared to Boeing, this situation is not too exciting.
